Hey Fam! Today is day 2 of the 14 Day Summer Strong Challenge! 😁💪🏽
I hope you are ready to for an upper body burn. Grab a couple pairs of dumbbells in case you need to switch out and lets work!

Below are a few guidelines for the challenge. 👇🏽

1. Each day will have an on-demand workout video that you can workout to at anytime (whatever fits your schedule). Workouts will be posted daily at 5am CST.

2. Each day has a full workout but if you find yourself crazy sore and need a rest day, definitely take it and jump back in the next day.

3. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water a day

4. Cut out all refined sugar and dairy products. Fruit is okay to eat (no meal plans are given for this challenge)

5. Don’t overcomplicate this and have fun!

Workout:
Day 2: Upper Body Burn
Warm-up (5 minutes)
jog: 20 sec
jumping jacks: 20 sec
cross jabs: 20 sec
Bodyweight squats: 20 sec
scissors: 20 sec

40 seconds of dumbbell bicep curl into Arnold press
40 seconds of dumbbell gravity swings
40 seconds of dumbbell squat overhead presses
40 seconds of dumbbell renegade rows
40 seconds of dumbbell plank (core)
60 seconds rest
Repeat the circuit for a total of 3 rounds.
