Gender Equality without equity is how we have gotten to where we are today.

That we still have a hierarchy within women, when it comes to salary, opportunity and access.

Gender equity seeks to flatten this hierarchy by firmly acknowledging that each group of women have different needs in order to land at the same place. What barriers to entry to Black women and women of colour have that white women don't?

How can we highlight these barriers to make them visible to everyone and then dismantle them?
