最近はフィットネスがすごい勢いでムーブメント化してますね。
そんな皆様に美味しい鶏むね肉の調理法をシェアします。
＃肩の日

~材料~
鶏むね肉　１枚

ブライン液
水　　　500L
砂糖　　30g
塩　　　30g
クローブ　　数粒
花椒　　　　数粒
ベイリーフ　数枚
（香辛料は好きなものを。無ければネギの青み）
茹でる時は1,5Lの水を足す

ソース
姜葱醬　小さじ２　（業務スーパーで売ってます
ごま油　大さじ１
酢　　　小さじ１
塩　　　ひとつまみ
味の素　ふたつまみ
砂糖　　ふたつまみ

※保存時は茹で汁、または水に漬けるとしっとりが永久に
※火入れイメージ=厚みcm×12分ほどです
※鶏肉が赤い場合お腹を壊す原因になります。特に分厚いものはたとえ時間がきても、中が生の場合は再度お湯に戻し、火入れを調節してください。
