An MGM 40's-style 'Crime Doesn't Pay' tale. The dying daughter of a clerk wants to go to Hawaii before she dies. The clerk, played by famous character actor Whit Bissell, (Walking Tall, The Magnificent Seven, The Incredible Hulk) knows he'll never be able to afford to take his only daughter on his clerk salary. Wanting to give her what is her dying wish, he begins forging checks and ID's to get the money for the trip.
