The automatic bread slicing machine is designed for artisan, medium and large-scale enterprises to meet the slicing and bagging function. 1500 pieces per hour capacity. From 11 to 23 mm slice thickness.
Breads are placed on the belt push each other to ensure uninterrupted slicing.
Since there is no pressure and repellent, the top and back of the bread are not deformed.
Thanks to the belt speed adjustment, cutting can be done at the desired speed and the distance between the two belts can be adjusted automatically according to the shape, hardness, and height of the bread.
In order to bag the sliced bread, a fan bag blowing apparatus is attached to the machine to open the mouth of the bag, and the sliced bread can be easily put into the bag by pushing it into the bag that is opened with air.
All areas in contact with bread are made of food-grade materials. It works silently and without vibration.
Thanks to its wheels, it can be easily transported to the desired location. Speed control system is available.
The knives are made of special stainless and food compatible material.
The machine is equipped with high safety device.
