Our volumetric dough divider rounder is ones of the best in the market, providing high performance. The dividing principle consists of a piston that suctions the dough from the hopper ensuring a constant and precise weight and delicate dough treatment. 2400 pieces per hour or 40 strokes per minute at maximum speed.

VARIATIONS:
Divider with forming table on the exit belt. Allows the molding of the divided dough piece into a bar or bread. It’s like having two machines into one.

Divider without rounder. Allows to divide dough from 50 to 90% water hydration. You will need a separate rounder to round the dough like a band rounder if hydration is more than 65% or a tubular or conical rounder if less.
