எண்ணெய் குடிக்காத மெதுவடை - Easy Medu Vada

Medu vada is one of my all-time favourite treats. They were one of my favourite foods as a kid, and they have definitely stood the test of time because they are still one of my favourites today.
I particularly enjoy serving the crispy, fluffy medu vada the traditional way: drowned in hot sambar with a side of coconut chutney. This popular, filling dish, also known as sambar vada with coconut chutney, is well-known throughout India. Many people enjoy it because it tastes great with hot cup of coffee!
