Black sesame filling:
75 g (1/2 cup) roasted black sesame seeds
15 g (2 tbsp) roasted walnuts
15 g (2 tbsp) shredded coconut
Pinch of salt
20 g (1 tbsp) honey
7 g (1/2 tbsp) melted coconut oil

Dough:
145 g (2/3 cup) kabocha puree or any pumpkin/squash puree
80 g (2/3 cup) glutinous rice flour

Soup:
25 g (1/4 cup) peach resin
handful of goji berries
brown sugar
