Amtrak P098 was originally to just stop and drop off the 516 at Sanford for servicing but with the way the railroad run's plans changed as the orif=ginal lead engine P42DC #49's Air duct in the cab failed and left the crew with no AC. So...while swapping out the 516 they rotated the power to have P42DC #46 lead and then the train was on it's way north again.
