Knife hand blocks? Not what you think.

Ramsey Dewey and Jourdan Chow put on the old Taekwondo uniforms to pick apart some traditional martial arts forms, specifically the “knife hand blocks” (shooto uke, in karate)which aren’t blocks at all, but rather some very basic grappling techniques called “collar ties” and “reverse collar ties”.
