Clearance Keto - Duncan Hines Keto Chocolate Frosting Review

Keto products tend to be expensive, so if I can save money (and help you save money), I'm all for that. In this video, Colton, Courtney and I try out the keto chocolate frosting from Duncan Hines.

In terms of my glucose response, there was none (in fact, it went down just slightly over the course of 2 hours as measured on a Dexcom G7 CGM). Granted, I didn't have a full "serving", but there were also no ingredients in this frosting that would typically induce a glucose spike.
