In this video, I try out four of the paleo / keto sauces from Kevin's Natural Foods. Because these sauces aren't "standalone" products and are added to other ingredients, I don't show any glucose testing, but I can tell you that my CGM showed a stable response for each of them. Given that, how do they taste?
