An indulgent, 75 min yin yoga class for flexibility and relaxation

Stretch out your hips, hamstrings, back, chest, shoulders and spine with this lovely yin sequence that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and renewed.

Yin yoga does two things best: 1) Deep nourishing stretches 2) Deep relaxation

During this full length class we will relax deeply into yin yoga postures for between 3-5 minutes. This allows the stretch to penetrate deep into the connective tissue of the body.

✨I will teach you to feel deep stretch but feel safe / able to relax & surrender to the posture ✨

In this yin class I will guide you through deep relaxation to calm the nervous system. Yin Yoga is a practice of surrender. It is the art of letting go - physically and mentally!

Yin yoga encourages and allows your body to rebalance and restore to health and wellbeing through deep stretches and deep relaxation.

So if you have never tried yin yoga before or you are a complete beginner to yin yoga this is an easy yoga practice suitable for all

And in this yin class no props are needed!
