✨ Yin Yoga Full 60 Min Class ✨ No props needed! Full body stretch for flexibility with deep relaxation.

This week I will guide you through a full yin yoga class and teach you how to adjust and set up your poses without props so that anyone can take part.

Yin yoga is a restorative style of yoga in which we hold yin postures for between 3-5 mins. For this reason plenty of options and adjustments are given to allow you to adjust the posture to suit your body.

Usually we use props but this practice is for those of you that may not have props handy for your yin yoga practice.

I will guide you to feel the deep stretch but feel safe / able to relax and surrender fully to the posture too.

As well as being a deeply relaxing and restorative style of yoga, yin yoga also provides a deeper stretch, improving flexibility.

A yin yoga session reaches the deeper “yin tissues” such as the ligaments, tendons and facia (a structural tissue around the joints that becomes tight over time).

This is because in a full yin yoga class we :

🧘‍♀️we hold yin postures for a longer time
🧘‍♀️we become passive which reaches the deeper tissues
🧘‍♀️we come to a heathy / safe edge so the body is willing to open up and release


Practice regularly and you will notice results!

In this no props yin class I will guide you through deep relaxation to powerfully calm the nervous system….

Yin Yoga is a practice of surrender. It is the art of letting go - physically and mentally! Yin yoga encourages and allows your body to rebalance and restore to health and wellbeing through deep stretches and deep relaxation.

So if you have never tried yin yoga before or you are a complete beginner to yin yoga this is an easy yoga practice suitable for all
