Junichi Sawabe's voice is legendary. I love every single one of his roles and Relius is no exception. How he manages to not let not even a single emotion slip through his lines is amazing. Relius is an observer that follows his rules and no one else's. Not even Terumi nor Izanami can control him, they just use his services and try not to get in the way of his mounstruous experiments.

A lot of Relius' moves are in latin. But they are mosly gibberish without actual meaning. I can understand and translate some part of them but they lack meaning. So I chose to let them like that.
