🌶Red Seafood Sauce

6 pcs. red chili
1 pc. red long chili
3 tbsp. Lime juice
3 tbsp. Fish sauce
1/2 tbsp. Palm Suagr
1/2 tbsp. Sugar
1 tbsp. Water
2 pcs. Coriander root
5 cloves Garlic

🌶Green Seafood Sauce

6 pcs. Green chili
1 pc. long Green chili
5 cloves Garlic
3 tbsp. Lime juice
3 tbsp. Fish sauce
1 tbsp. Water
1/2 tbsp. palm Suagr
1/2 tbsp. Sugar
1/3 tsp. Salt
2 pcs. Coriander root

** if you like mild Spicy just use only Red or Green long chili instead of small chili **
