Abdominal Adhesions

Gena from NL shares her story on how she suffered with abdominal adhesions.

"I was diagnosed with abdominal adhesions. I would have episodes that would increase my abdomen in size to make me look 9 months pregnant and I wouldn’t be able to eat or digest foods. I could be bedridden for hours or up to days and there was no telling when it would happen or for how long. It would change my plans for that day, that week, or that hour and it was very painful and uncomfortable.

I was suffering so much with this, and nobody could understand it. They thought that I had IBS, a bowel disorder, a stomach disorder, but I never got any relief from anything they prescribed. A surgeon did a laparoscopy, removed as much scar tissue as she could but knew that it wasn’t a long-term fix because it would possibly only add more scar tissue. It helped for a while but then I started having episodes almost daily and my quality of life was nonexistent.

It was so unpredictable and so depressing, and I didn’t think that there was any alternative until one day my husband found Glenn Cameron at Innovative Therapy. He said that we should try this, it sounds optimistic.
