Crystal Flower Dumplings Recipe:

400g chicken
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Salt & white pepper for taste
1 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp chopped scallions
Some chopped carrots for toppings

Purple Cabbage water:
200g purple cabbage
300ml water
1-2 tbsp lemon juice

Dough recipe:
200g wheat starch
80g potato starch
Pinch of salt

For dusting & other tools:
Cornstarch
Non stick baking paper
Bamboo steamer
