If you are asked to work via limited company consider this very carefully. Watching this video is only the start. Always take professional advice from an accountant who mentions IR35 to you first. If you are contemplating providing your personal services via a limited company, and the accountant you are speaking to has not mentioned IR35 if the first five minutes. Stand up, leave, and search one that warns you up front about the issues you face.
