Watch my bus journey from Bengaluru to Agumbe by KSRTC Sarige bus. This bus is a 7 am bus from KSRTC Majestic Bus Terminal 2A. This bus is scheduled to reach Agumbe bus stand by 3 pm. However, our bus reached by 4:50 pm. Most of the route is a single-lane road and navigates through beautiful tea & coffee plantations. The fare for the bus is Rs. 433 and it goes via a very scenic route as well. This bus goes to Agumbe via Chikmagalur. So many who want to go to Chikmagalur can catch this bus. It reaches Chikmagalur by 12 pm. Our bus driver was driving the bus really well. We overtook many Sarige buses on the NH 75 highway. There were three halts as well for breakfast, lunch & tea. You should try the day journey so that you get to see the beauty on the way. The distance between Bengaluru to Agumbe is approximately 350 kms and would take between 8 - 10 hours. The bus route is Bengaluru - Hassan - Chikmagalur - Agumbe.
