In January 2014 Jen and I flew into Christchurch and then quickly drove up to Kaikoura. There we picked up a driver from a local rafting company who came with us to the start of the Clarence before driving our rental car back to their base at the end of the river. We spent four nights on the river and loved it (apart from the sandflies a few times). Music: The Cinematic Orchestra - To Build A Home
