Hey guys,

In this video I discuss how to physically prep for Marine Corps OCS/Boot Camp. As noted in the video, running is ESSENTIAL in your training, so I spend a lot of time discussing this accordingly. In addition, do not forget proper recovery!!! If you don't rest, hydrate and allow your body to recover you WILL pay for it in the long run (having to take weeks out of training to heal and injury is no fun!).
