イタリア大使館シェフのモンタルベッティさんに教わる、自宅でも簡単に作ることが出来るイタリア料理。
今回配信するのは、パッと作れるイタリア家庭の味「ツナとトマトのパスタ」。
イタリアの家庭でとてもよく作られる簡単な料理。手早くできて、しかも美味しい!
材料もごく普通のスーパーで手に入るものばかり。
ショートパスタで作っても美味しいですよ!
今回大使がパスタに合わせたワインは?

【材料】(4人分)

スパゲッティ 320g(1人当たり80g)
ツナ缶 一缶 150g
たまねぎのみじん切り 半個分
トマト缶(カット) 1缶 
オリーブオイル 大さじ3杯
パセリのみじん切り 適量
塩・胡椒 適量

※分量外
塩 パスタを茹でる際に使用

【Ingredients】 for 4
Spaghetti 320 gr (about 80 gr each person)
Canned tuna in Olive oil 1 can about 150gr
Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
Chopped Parsley as needed
Chopped Onion about half onion
1 can of Italian peeled and chopped tomatoes

The ingredients needed for this recipe are chopped parsley, chopped onion, tuna, and peeled and chopped tomato.
The first step is to boil water and add salt, then cook the spaghetti for around 10 minutes.
After the spaghetti is cooked, the sauce is prepared by adding olive oil to a pan.

[02:02] The chef prepares the sauce for the pasta by sautéing onions, adding tuna and tomatoes, and mixing everything together with boiled water and pepper.
The chef sautés the onions until they become transparent.
Tuna is added to the sautéed onions and mixed well.
The chef opens a can of tomatoes and adds them to the mixture.
To prevent the sauce from becoming too dry, a little bit of boiled water is added along with some pepper.
The sauce is mixed well and cooked for around two minutes with the cover on.
The chef checks the pasta to ensure it is cooked al dente.

The sauce is a little dry, so more water is added to it.
