Ingredients
4 cups tigernut
5 eggs
1cup cold press coconut oil
2 cups date paste
3 tbs baking powder
3 tbs vanilla extrac4
2 tbs zanthan gum

Mix wet ingredients in a bowl
Mix dry ingredient in a separate bowl
Pour in wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix with no lump
Pout in a baking pan and put in an oven 180°
