Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
1 cup buttermilk
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions:
1-Preheat oven to 425°F (230°C).
2-Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well combined.
3- Grate frozen butter using large holes of a box grater. Toss together grated butter and flour.
4- Pour the cold buttermilk into the mixture and gently work it together until the dough starts to come together.
5-Pour the dough and any dough crumbles onto a floured work surface and gently bring together with generously floured hands. 
6-Roll dough into a 3/4-inch-thick rectangle (about 9 x 5 inches) with rolling pin. Fold dough in half so short ends meet. Repeat rolling and folding process 4 more times.
7-Flatten into the final 3/4 inch thick rectangle.Cut into circles with a biscuit cutter. Re-roll scraps until all the dough is used.
8-Arrange the biscuits on the baking sheet touching each other. Bake for 15-17 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter if desired. Allow them to cool for a few minutes, serve, and enjoy!
