Kuih kapit CNY 2018 oven toaster aka love letters

Traditional Chinese New Year love letters or better known as kuih kapit in South East Asia. Happy trying.
Ingredients
260g rice flour
300g icing sugar
8 eggs
500ml thick coconut milk
Mix the rice flour and icing sugar. Add 8 eggs. Add the coconut milk a bit at a time and continue stiring in one direction.
Oven temperature is 350 °F or 175 °C
Leave the molds for 10 mins in the oven before oiling it, and let it heat up for another 5 mins after that . Pour the thin batter on it and let it cook for about 5-7 mins before checking on it.
Recipe will get you around 180 to 200 pieces.
And no, you won't be electrocuted
