Full of practical advice, this session will help you find out what new entrant roles in the studio system look like across different departments, from camera trainees to location marshals, floor runners to accounts clerks. Hear directly from those doing the hiring as to what they look for, how much they pay and some of the best routes in.

The BFI Future Film Festival is the UK’s largest festival for young, emerging filmmakers aged 16 to 25. The 16th edition of the festival runs from Thursday 16 to Sunday 19 February 2023.

The 2023 festival will take place both in-person and online creating a hybrid festival experience designed to reach as many attendees and viewers as possible from across the UK and throughout the world.
