The recipe (4-6 portions):

200g (7 oz): porridge rice
2,5 dl (1 cup) water
1 liter full-fat milk
200-250 g (7 - 8.8 oz) sweet almonds
100 g (3.5 oz) sugar
1 vanilla bean
0.5 l whipping cream

Cherry sauce, warm or cold
