Our Home Stay Experience in Teetwal, Kupwara, Right Along LoC

Our Overland Expedition to Teetwal was an amazing experience. It was all about exploring the place, experiencing the local culture, food and most of all meeting the hospitable and ever welcoming people of Teetwal. Our home stay was one such experience. All 40 members of our expedition experienced home stays during our trip.

As a part of our endevour to create awareness about sustainable tourism practices like home stays by involving local communities and at the same time create additional livelihood opportunities for locals.

We would like to thank J&K Forest Department for helping us coordinate with the locals for home stay options.
