Salla Sana Polo or Pickled Raw Jackfruit Spicy Dosa is a rare GSB Traditonal Dish from Coastal Karnataka. Ponosu or Raw Jackfruit is pickled (stored in salt water) for about 1-2 years. It is called as Saala in Konkani.
This Saala is used for many varities of dishes from Traditional GSB Cusine. Salla Sanna Polo is a Spicy Dosa which can be eaten for lunch or dinner along with rice.

Ingredients (Serves - 15-20 people. Adjust proportions accordingly.)

Saal (Raw Jackfruit) - 1 Bowl
Soaked Rice - 500g
Hing (Asfoetida) - 4g
Tamarind - Lemon or Small ball Size
Coriander Seeds - 2 TBSP
Red Chilli (Ramnad) - 25 NosSalt - as per Taste
