Mr. Kung BunChoeun he a Khmer writer, Novelist, Songwriter, Filmmaker, Painter and Poet. He was born in 18 October 1939 at Battombong Province. His elder brother was Kung Bunchhorm who died due to an illness before the Khmer Rouge regime. In 1957 when he was 18 years old.

Mr. BunChhoeun passed away in 17 April 2016 at Norway
