Spyro 3: Year of the Dragon: Part 41: Kickstarting Moneybags' Retirement Plan

You can see Moneybags on one of Midnight Moutain's bridges as soon after you defeat the Sorceress. When you go talk to him there, it turns out... he has another egg...

And... he won't give it to you... He says he's gonna sell it back in Avalar and make a fortune...

And...

And...!

ARRRRRGH! I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU, BEAR! YOU WILL LITERALLY PAAAAAY FOR THIS!!!

Simply put, this news pisses off Spyro, so you have him chase down Moneybags to get the egg back. Don't worry. That bear drags his feet, and runs through the same path the blue thief used. You'll spend more time kicking Moneybags' butt than all four of the rebel allies you freed from him combined!

During your sudden quest for bear stew, you will also take back EVERY SINGLE GEM YOU HAVE EVER GIVEN HIM! That brings my Gem count from 7000 to 15000! And getting his egg brings that count to 149!

What do mean you never knew how fast a dragon could run, Moneybags?! THIS ISN'T EVEN MY SUPERCHARGE!

After taking a minute to bring the greedy bear under the poverty line, Moneybagless decides to do what he hates most, and retire to Spooky Swamp to become a Haiku poet. Somehow, he can get there through Crystal Islands, but nonetheless, that's the last you'll see of him in this game.

And again, that is the last of the Gems, and the final Egg I needed to pick up in order to reach the TRUE final level of this game, and the absolute final challenge that Insomniac has offered to us in their take on their own creation: Spyro the Dragon.
