World W by ONHunTinG (now Night Fury) is a follow-up to World V also created by him. It's a good game, by no means amazing sorry to say, but just the fact that it plays well and I was able to finish it without running into any bugs, is a positive start, even in this early stage. It has some portions taken from other games like World 9 and World 10 and even the original game, so there's a bit of work to be done in the originality department, but he did tweak them a bit, so I won't complain about this too much. For this reason, expect to see some familiar spots. As with any beta game, the details need to be worked out : make a custom title screen, as it currently uses the one from the original MF, fix or implement the save feature which doesn't work as opposed to the last game I played (World O) and possibly normalise the audio if you don't mind my being too exigent, since I'm aware that's an issue I always obsess over, but if other games got it right, so can yours ; same goes for the continues : if MV3410 was able to finally pull it off in his World O, then it should become standard in every fan game, especially in one with long levels such as this one. Not a bad game, you're on the right track, but still needs work.
