Cleveland Union Depot: The City's First Passenger Train Hub

Описание к видео Cleveland Union Depot: The City's First Passenger Train Hub

Cleveland Union Depot served as Cleveland, Ohio's first hub for all passenger trains between 1853-1930. In the 1890's it became inadequate and dingy looking to the many daily travelers. With the completion of Cleveland Union Terminal in 1930, Cleveland Union Depot lost the bulk of its traffic. It closed in 1953 and was later demolished in 1959.
