Right after the visit at Eco Palladium, I was amazed with the courage to create new formats of commercial components by the team. Now, they have another version, and I will say it's an improved one.

It's in between conventional shop offices, mall, and office towers, which perfectly complement the Eco Botanic township and Educity. My favourite would be the architectural theme applied to the building, which can be a great selling point for tenants who need the ambience as part of their business.

During my visit on a weekday, the streets were packed with cars during lunch time. But the effort of synchronizing the tenants in accordance to their business amazes me. As demonstrated at the commercial area, there's a clear bubble tea street, steamboat street, pub street, and etc. The coordination by the team with the tenant and owners is extremely well executed. Plus the facade of the shop offices were retained perfectly, which are very rare as well.

The only debate would be the maintenance fees. If the architecture, cleaniness, safety, and marketing activities will help your business then it would be fine. If you need a space to host your back end operation team, then this might not be suitable for the business.
