Authentic Dishes With My Personal Touch 😍

Ingredients

Lukewarm Milk -1/2cup
Sugar -1tbsp
Yeast -11/2tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Butter -1tbsp
Maida -11/2 cup

Filling

Desiccated Coconut -1cup
tutti fruity -1/2cup
Cardamom powder -1/4tsp
Cashew nuts -10
Raisins -15
Salt -one pinch
Sugar -3tbsp

Method

Take a bowl add ½ glass warm milk and mix it with sugar and instant yeast. Keep aside for 10 mins. Add salt to the mix. Add unsalted butter. Mix well. Add 1 ½ cup of maida. Mix the dough. Knead it to soft dough for 5 mins. Keep it aside for 1 hour. It has to become double the size. Close the bowl with a cloth or cling paper.
After 2 hours the dough would be double the size. Knead it for 2 more mins . make 2 halves of the dough.
Roll the dough flat. Add the filling. Make a pouch out of the dough(6:40 mins). Make it even with your hands. Keep it for resting for 15 mins. Brush some milk on the top.

Preheat for 180 degrees for 10 mins. Bake it for 30 – 35 mins. It would be done when you see the brown color on the top.

Filling - Take a cup of desiccated coconut. Add some tutty frutty, cherry, raisins, sugar, salt cashew nuts, cardamom powder and butter. Mix well.
