🌱 Basic recipe for Steel Cut Oats in the Instant Pot:
▫️ 1:2.5 steel cut oats to water ratio (i.e. 2 cups oats will require 5 cups water)
▫️ Manual (high pressure) for 4 mins
▫️ Let the pressure come down naturally (wait for the pin to drop) or you can release the pressure after 10 mins by turning the nozzle to the "venting" position
▫️ Add any fruit you like at this time (I recommend any combo of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, blueberries and/or apples)
▫️ I like to add toppings right before eating (i.e. ground flax seed, chia, hemp hearts, toasted nuts or banana, but this is up to you!)
▫️ Enjoy!
