Follow along with me while I make some coconut yogurt which is dairy free. This is one of those recipes that takes minimal hands on work but needs time to cool, ferment and set. I like to do this recipe at the end of the day and let it ferment overnight.

Until I owned my Thermomix I never even imagined making my own yoghurt, now I never buy it!
