Installing waterpump to 2004 Sprinter 2 of 2

Описание к видео Installing waterpump to 2004 Sprinter 2 of 2

Part 2 or 2.
This is the second part, installation of the water pump. The video is a long, step by step process for replacing the leaky water pump from my 2004 Sprinter Van. I tried to reduce the length of the video without cutting out important installation parts. There is a significant amount of work to replace the water pump but it was not difficult. It took me about a day to get to the point where I can test start the engine and check for leaks. I finally button up everything the next day. Apologize for the outdoor noise and lighting as the Sprinter does not fit in my garage.

Here are the install/work that did not make it into this video.
* The mounting of the bumper was skipped in this video
* Coolant flush through the engine which was not included in the video.
* Installation of the left and right plastic radiator louvers

Update: After 7 months: with several 800 mile round trips from Northern California to San Diego, and many more short trips, the water pump has been working flawlessly. I did not find any leaks anywhere and the coolant level remains stead. The engine have been running much quieter with the new pulleys.

Tools used.
* standard Torx covering T30 to T50
* reverse torx E10 to E12 (Star socket)
* metric hex socket
* metric allen driver
* Electric or pneumatic impact wrench
