Incredible Pad Thai

After many trips to Thailand and this recipe being my most requested, I've finally filmed my version of the most amazing dish, the Pad Thai. Light and fragrant with the most incredible sauce, chicken and tofu with shrimp noodles.

Ingredients
Stick rice noodles
1/4 diced red onion
Veg oil
1 x Clove crushed garlic
2x tsp fish sauce
1/4 x Breast chicken sliced
8 x Cubes tofu
6 x Prawns
1 x Tsp Tamarind
1 x Tsp Sriracha
1 x Tsp Brown Sugar
1 x Tsp Picked Radish
1 x Handfull bean sprouts
2 x Eggs

Garnish
1 x Sprig coriander
1/4 red chilli
1 x Tsp Crushed peanuts
1/4 x Lime
