Healthy Chicken Biryani

This is my take on one of my favourite curries, the chicken biriyani. I've tried to simplify this as much as possible to increase the speed in creating this dish. It's the perfect takeaway replacement, spicy chicken with a rich sauce, boiled eggs, raisin and nut, all finished off with rice and a herb mix!.
