This 25 Minute Yoga Nidra Meditation is for helping you actually do something with the anxious feelings you might be having. Instead of ignoring, pushing through, or trying tools that do not work, this practice will somatically help you work with your anxiety.

This yoga nidra also contains somatic practices that will help you tend your anxiety off the mat. At the beginning of this meditation, we will work with the breath to neutralize any current feelings of anxiety.

Later in this short yoga nidra practice, you will be guided to practice a style of breathing that is really good for expanding the breath and learning to breathe in a manner that can help your anxiety.

Yoga Nidra meditation is a transformative practice with ancient roots that are now scientifically proven and evidence-based. This practice is known to help you calm your nervous system, release negative emotions and thought patterns or habits. By practicing this easy-to-follow lying-down meditation you are gaining the ability to navigate your life outside of the practice with more peace and calm.
