Shelf-life for pickle: up to 2 months when refrigerated
Shelf-life for brined lemon: up to 1 or 2 years when stored right

INGREDIENTS:
For brining:
1. Lemons - 12 medium or 15 small
2. Sea salt or Coarse salt - 2.5 tbsp

For pickling the 12-15 brined lemons:
1. Pure chilli powder - 3 tsp
2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
3. Powdered fenugreek - 1/2 tsp
4. Asafoetida - 1/2 tsp
5. Sesame / Gingelly oil - 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup based on your requirements
6. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
