Snow Fungus Chinese Dessert, Tongsui, White Fungus | 雪耳糖水

Snow fungus, also known as White Fungus is commonly used in Chinese Cuisine for Sweet Dessert Soups "糖水" and savoury soups as well. Show Fungus is a Chinese Super Food, known to help improve complexion and reduce inner body heat. For this recipe, I used only 3 basic ingredients to make this delicious dessert, you can also add other ingredients like gingko, lotus seed, peach gum, goji berry, apple, pear etc.
