Mushroom- 400gms
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tbs
Salt( according to taste )
TOMATO - 2 nos
Coconut milk- 3/4 Cup

Oil- 1 tbs
Mustard Seeds- 1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
Dry red chillies - 3 nos
Small onion - 4 nos
Curry Leaves
green chillies- 2 nos
Salt( according to taste )
carrot - 2 nos
Coconut milk- 1/2 Cup + 1/4 Cup
Coriander leaves
thick Curd- 1 Cup
Sugar- 1/2 tsp

Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tsp

Asafoetida- 1/2 tsp
Tamarind- One Gooseberry size
Hot Water- 1 - 11/2 Cup

Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
Jaggery- 1 tbs
