2. Carrot finely chopped - 2 tbspn
3. Fresh peas (cooked) - 2 tbspn
4. Beans finely chopped - 2 tbspn
5. Onion - 1 no
6. Tomatoes - 2 nos
7. Ginger grated - 1 tspn
8. Garlic finely chopped - ½ tspn
9. Green chilies - 4 – 5 nos
10. Curry leaves - a few
11. Mustard seeds - ¼ tspn
12. Cumin seeds - ¼ tspn
13. Chana dal - 1 tspn
14. Urad dal - 1 tspn
15. Oil - 1 ½ tbspn
