Описание к видео Marine Biodiversity in Indonesia's Coral Triangle

The Coral Triangle in West Papua, Indonesia, is one of the most biodiverse locations on the planet. The region consists of 180,000 square km in area and more than 2500 islands covered in dense foliage. With over 1500 species of reef fish, and nearly 600 species of hard and soft corals, 75% of the world’s known coral species thrive here.
Join Allen and Susanna Marquette on their recent journey to explore the Coral Triangle, Raja Ampat, Indonesia. They recently spent 10 days aboard the Dancing Wind, a 147 foot-long wooden schooner, snorkeling in the pristine waters of the Coral Triangle.
