A Visual Nidra With Nature

My intention with this piece of artwork was to create an immersive visual Yoga Nidra inviting you to keep eyes open.
The “Nidra” is an invitation to leave the everyday world and hustle and bustle behind. It aims to create a journey of consciousness.
A re-connection to the self, to the body, to nature and the earth, to the universe.
I wanted to create an atmosphere, using various multi-media elements of voice, music and sounds and creative visual reference.
Extra special thanks to the incredible music mastery of Joe Studt a.k.a Hypnocoustics who helped me write the music for this track. He was very patient with me and it was a fantastic learning experience trying to turn my visions into music.
