✨ 👉🏼 Tener 🟰 To have

✨ 👉🏼 Tener que hacer algo 🟰 To have to do something.
🚗 🚗 Tengo que lavar mi carro esta tarde. / I have to wash my car this afternoon.

✨ 👉🏼 Tener años 🟰 To be X age
🎀 🎀 Mi sobrina tiene 13 años, ahora es adolescente. / My niece is 13 years old, she’s a teenager now.

✨ 👉🏼 Tener sentimientos o sensaciones, como hambre, sueño, calor, miedo o celos. 🟰 To express feelings
🍴 🍴 Tengo hambre pero tengo miedo de comer en ese restaurante otra vez, la última vez me enfermé. / I am hungry but I’m scared to eat in that restaurant again, last time I got sick.

✨ 👉🏼 Tener resaca/cruda 🟰 To be hungover
🥂 🥂 ¿Tienes resaca? Deberías dormir más. / Are you hungover? You should sleep more.

✨ 👉🏼 Tener algo en mente 🟰 To have an intention to do something
🎈 🎈 ¿Tienes en mente hacer una fiesta para tu cumple? / Do you have the intention to throw a party for your birthday?

✨ 👉🏼 Tener prisa 🟰 To be in a hurry
🧥 🧥 Ana tenía prisa y olvidó su chamarra. / Ana was in a hurry and forgot her jacket.

🎬 🎬 La película no tiene nada que ver con el libro. / The movie has nothing to do with the book.
