Hello my dear friends, today I decided to prepare for you a famous and very delicious dish from the villages of Iran.

This dish is very delicious and prepared with just a few simple ingredients, it is worth trying once.



In the fall, we plant garlic plants in the ground, and after two to three weeks, the garlic begins to sprout. We use the leaves for this delicious dish. We pluck the leaves, chop them, and wash them with water.

Then we sauté them in a pan with oil, salt, pepper, and turmeric over heat. Finally, we welcome this tasty dish with a few eggs.

You can serve this wonderful dish for lunch with rice or bread.
